RSI Books ("we," "us") is the trading name of Rosy Sit, an independent bookkeeping practice based in the Dominican Republic serving clients remotely. This page explains what information we collect through rsibooks.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you request a quote, sign up for a service, or book a call, we collect the information you give us: name, email, phone, business name, mailing address, industry, and the business volume details needed to price your plan (such as monthly expenses, account counts, and transaction counts). As a bookkeeping client, you also share financial records needed to do the work.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, deliver bookkeeping and education services, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.
Who processes it for us
Payments are processed by Payoneer — your card or bank details go directly to Payoneer through its secure payment requests and never touch this website. Email is delivered through standard email providers. Bookkeeping work happens in QuickBooks Online under your own account. Document collection, where used, happens through a dedicated secure portal provider. Each provider handles your data under its own security and privacy certifications.
How we protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems. Client back-office pages are private, non-indexed links. We never ask for your banking credentials — statements are shared as documents, and account connections happen inside QuickBooks itself.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to records that must be kept). Your QuickBooks data is always yours — if you leave, it goes with you.
